Co-investment economics are increasingly up for negotiation - data from our Private Markets Benchmark Report shows family offices are split right down the middle: 50% expect to pay no fees when they co-invest, while the other 50% anticipate some cost. Among those who do pay, fee structures are anything but uniform—about 22% accept a classic management-fee-plus-carry, another 22% settle for a simple introductory fee, and just 17% agree to carry-only.
